common questions

my reward hasn't arrived

rewards are verified automatically and usually arrive within a few minutes. in some cases it can take up to 24 hours. if it's been longer, submit a support request with the offer name and we'll look into it.

my cashout is still pending

cashouts are reviewed and processed manually. most are completed within 24-48 hours. you'll receive a notification when your payout is ready.

i want to delete my account

you can delete your account from the app: go to profile → delete account. this permanently removes all your data and any remaining balance.

i have a question about an offer

offers are provided by our advertising partners. if you completed an offer and didn't receive credit, submit a support request in the app with the offer name and any screenshots.
