By downloading, installing, or using the racks mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use racks.
• If you are between 16 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts will be terminated.

racks provides a platform where users can earn rewards by completing offers from our advertising partners. These offers include playing mobile games, completing surveys, signing up for services, and other tasks. When you complete an offer, our partners confirm the completion and your account is credited with the corresponding reward.

• Rewards are earned by completing offers as described in the App.
• Reward amounts are set by our advertising partners and may change at any time.
• You must fully complete the offer requirements to receive credit.
• Reward crediting may take up to 24 hours after offer completion.
• We reserve the right to reverse rewards earned through fraud or abuse.
• Rewards have no cash value until withdrawn through our cashout options.

• You may cash out once you reach the minimum payout threshold.
• Available payout methods include PayPal, bank transfer, prepaid Visa, and Amazon gift cards.
• Payout processing times vary by method (typically 24-48 hours).
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on earnings.
• We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing payouts.
• Payout methods and minimum thresholds may change with notice.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to complete offers
• Create multiple accounts or use false information
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unearned rewards
• Engage in click fraud or incentivized traffic schemes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Use VPNs or proxies to manipulate your location
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending rewards.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.

The racks name, logo, and all content within the App are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

The App connects you with third-party offers and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF EARNINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF REWARDS EARNED BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless racks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
